Aluminium 100ft Rolls

Paragon Coating manufactures premium aluminium 100ft rolls (also known as Baby Rolls) which are used for the purpose of coating or mechanical insulation. Our 100ft rolls are highly durable and corrosion resistant, and available in different finishes – smooth, stucco and embossed. To cover places with larger surface areas such as large pipes or tanks, you can choose our box rib or deep corrugated sheets too.
Our 100ft rolls utilise soft graded aluminium so the metal’s strength increases when it forms an alloy with manganese, copper, zinc, magnesium and silicon. To add to the strength we use a cold working mechanism.
Alloy 3105 or alloy 3103 form the basis of our 100 ft rolls because they are highly compatible, have very good corrosion resistance capabilities and exhibit efficient insulation properties.
The outer surface of the rolls is made up of a 3mm thick polyfilm moisture barrier, which is heat laminated during application to make it durable and attain a high level of finish.
At Paragon, we go a step further and even let our customers choose their chemical composition, guided by our experts of course, based on their usage requirement and the weather conditions the material will encounter.
Our Aluminium rolls are manufactured using high-standard industry specifications as mentioned on the ASTM C-1729, with strength and chemical composition mentioned as per the ASTM B 209 process and emittance of 0.1 (measured as per the industrial guideline standard procedure of ASTM C 1371).
